What is your refund policy?

We have a 30 day money back guarantee - if you are unhappy with your purchase, just email our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase, and we are happy to issue a refund.


Any additional refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis—-when you join The Portrait System, you are informed on the sign up page that you are choosing and agreeing to a Monthly or Annual subscription, depending on which plan you choose.


You have the ability to turn off auto-renew in your account under Account, View Subscriptions at any time, and for Annual subscribers, we send out an email to the address on your account 31 days before the Annual renewal charge is processed.
