If You are Not a First Time Purchaser:

If you are not a first time purchaser and you can't find a course you recently purchased in your account, it is likely that you inadvertently have more than one account created. This can happen when you use an email address during checkout that is different that the email address on your account, or if there was a typo in the email address when you made that purchase.
